Direct drive for reliable, consistent performance and a
compact foot print.

Quick accelerating Barrett-built motor improves finish
by actually wiping the zinc across the surface of the
part, helps shorten cycle time (The average spin time
of less than 10 seconds).

High speed operation (900 RPM) for superior zinc
savings and high product output.

Glass insulated motor windings for extra thermal
protection.

Larger units feature motor blower for positive drive
motor ventilation.


Mechanical brake for quick stop, helps prevent parts
from sticking and maximizes throughput.

Detachable drum with safety clamps, permits removal
of zinc from inside of drum - provide easy access for
service.

Flared drum deflects recovered zinc downward for easy
clean-up and reuse.

Optional Top Hat Lid - allows spinning of parts up to 36" in length without raising the working height of the
spinner for quick loading.
